To reflect on the research I made at the beginning of the project and how It has developed as I pinpointed the theme I wanted to focus on, I will begin by considering the overall research process I followed. Evaluating how I initially approached the project, including how I identified my research interests and how I narrowed down my final theme.

When I look back at the sources I selected at the beginning of your research, and consider their relevance to your final research theme. I think most of these sources provided a solid foundation for my project. At the very beginning, my idea for my project was the themes of reality and fantasy, so my research reflected that. Although, since the start, I was aware that reality and fantasy were too broad, I researched things within that theme to see If I resonated with them enough to choose as my definite theme. When I look back, I still see aspects of those research sources linked to 'Gossip'. I came up with the concept of 'Gossip' as my chosen theme because what my aim for the project was included aspects of reality and fantasy. So I might not have come up with that idea if it wasn't for the general research made.

Some of the first sources' impact has remained throughout my project. Mainly artists like Nadia Lee Cohen and David Lynch, to who I've dedicated various research sections as my project developed, since they were present in my mind throughout the entire project. They provided valuable insight on how I wanted my work to be visually.

I think there were some areas that I could have explored more thoroughly, in terms of conceptual research and theory. There were alternative perspectives that could have enriched my project which I discovered too late to include them.

Overall, I believe if it wasn't for the general research made at the start, I couldn't have been able to find the theme I really wanted to explore, and consider they all contributed to these outcomes.
